Schedule Overview
While our day of winter activities on Sunday, February 18th is the main event, we have plenty of bonus events to keep you busy all weekend! See below for our full schedule:
Saturday, 2/17, afternoon (exact time TBD) – Tour of the SakeONE sake brewery in Forest Grove, OR
Saturday, 2/17, 6pm – Welcome dinner in Portland (exact location TBD)
Sunday, 2/18, 9am-dusk – Winter activities at Mt. Hood Skibowl
Sunday, 2/18, 6pm – Après Ski dinner at Takahashi in southeast Portland
Monday, 2/19, 10am – Visit to the Portland Japanese Garden

⚡️ Early Bird Deadline: January 31st, 11:59 p.m.
Register before midnight on January 31st to be eligible for a USD $30.00 subsidy when purchasing any winter activities — courtesy of JETAABC, PNWJETAA, and JETAA Portland. This applies to lift tickets, rentals, lessons, or packages.
Early Bird subsidy is limited to the first ten (10) participants from each chapter who register before the deadline. You will be informed after the Early Bird period has ended whether you and your group qualify.
⭐️ Registration Deadline: February 15th, 11:59 p.m.
All registrations for winter activities must be completed by February 8th.
Registration for the Saturday night welcome dinner, après ski happy hour, and Portland Japanese Garden visit close on February 15th at 11:59 p.m.
You can edit your registration up until posted deadlines.

Snow Tube and Adventure Park (Skibowl East): 11am – Dusk
Snowshoeing & Cross Country Ski (map): 10:00am-12:00pm

*NOTE: Be sure to check the ODOT’s TripCheck website before departure for current road conditions on US HWY 26.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Lift tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis by the ski resort, and may sell out sooner than anticipated. If the tickets are sold out prior to the event date, the JET Ski organizers DO NOT have any tickets on hold, so please purchase your ticket as soon as possible in order to confirm your participation in the event. Thank you for your understanding!
2. Early Bird Subsidy of USD$30 for winter activities will be administered on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited to the first 10 registered participants. Participants who register for events other than mountain resort activities are not eligible for this discount. The early bird subsidy of USD$30 cash will be handed out at the ski resort on the day of the event.

2. 50% of the ticket cost will be reimbursed on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited to the first 8 registered participants. Reimbursements will be handed out in USD at the garden on the day of the event.
