Manufacturing company is seeking an Executive Financial Assistant to the CEO/President for the US location based in Salem, Oregon.

The Executive Assistant position is to assist CEO/President in daily administrative tasks to enable him to be more efficient and effective in his work. Additionally this position supports other company managers and employees in a similar manner as requested, especially in communicating with the parent company in Japan.

Required Qualifications:
– Fluent bilingual in English and Japanese
– More than 3 years experience in Executive Assistant or similar positions
– High School Diploma (or GED) or higher
– Ability to work with confidentiality
– Must demonstrate loyalty and excellent time management skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent organizational skills; ability to keep work in orderly manner
– Excellent computer skills – especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
– Willing and available to work overtime as needed (including assistance to help CEO to make urgent travel arrangements during evening or over the weekend.)
