When: Saturday, Dec. 5, 12PM-2 PST via Zoom
Temari is an old tradition, but it’s hardly outdated: these thread-covered balls make lovely gifts and holiday decorations! We’ll give you a kit of everything* you need to do a “kiku” (chrysanthemum) pattern temari in two colors of your choice, with live instruction via Zoom. No experience, purchase, or preparation is necessary. Advance signup is required to get your spot; kits will be mailed before Thanksgiving. Instructed by JETAA Member Lindsay Amor (’08-13). I look forward to stitching a kiku with you!
Advance sign up is required; register here by Friday, November 13.
Please do not RSVP if you can’t attend the workshop. The workshop will not be recorded.
*Ok, not quite ‘everything’: bring your own scissors! 🙂
